I would love to see this map with the zombies starting a bit further away from the mountain and the defenders having little "roadblocks" all the way up the mountain along the narrow paths. Not big roadblocks, just a couple dozens, couple hundred at one place at most. It could be interesting to see the zombies slowly making their way up the mountain, roadblock by roadblock. Maybe you could even have different types of soldiers at each roadblock, archers at the bottom, then the line infantry, WW2 and the modern soldiers only at the very top.
I tried many times to ask for a "time-machine war against zombies" where there is soldiers from several eras defending against zombies... but i guess when you try to add soldiers from a different "camp" it count as a rival unit (passific or agressive) and i guess there is no more than 8 rivals teams allowed... and several teams are used to make the hord... i guess... i don t have the game and never played it... but it is that way that several similars games works...
I have passed countless hours playing warzone 2100... in that game there is a mode called semi-defenders where when a unit spot an enemy, it goes for a hunt... but still keep in mind his initial position and never goes more than 5 or 6 seconds of walk away from that spot and when the enemy is either dead or have ran away out of range, the unit come back to that spot, i wish there was such setting for ultimate epic battle...
@@michaeljennings4787 I think the modern soldiers have a decent chance of winning if the they are allowed to move around as chunk would have to run around more and would get less kills than if they were a melee unit

Speaking of different parts of the map... What if you had a whole bunch of different armies all defending different parts of the mountain from a horde of zombies? You could have roman troops at the top, medieval troops on one of the plateaus, maybe orcs and trolls in one of the valleys, all fighting off the undead menace. Just a thought.
I wanted to see zoombie bodies fall down from the cliff in Soldier POW. I also wanted to see Zoombie bodies coming falling down from below in Zoombie POW. Dammit How could you not make that happen!?
Challenge yourself, what's the fewest number of units you can win against 10m zombies? Pick the best defensible position you can and best units, see how it goes. Can you do 10m zombies with 10 units? 100? Let's see. But only on defend, not assault. Assault seems to be a weakness.

Would have been interesting to see if the Water pooling ended up thinning the hoard at the bottom. Normally screws over the defenders.
The whole point of fighting with a rifle is that you can avoid closing distance.

I love this map. This map might be fun for tanks vs T rex. Tanks defending and T rex charging up towards them… that would be cool!

it would be nice if they could modify the AI to react in dynamic guard to protect the wounded and allow them to fall back - but still cover.
Please increase the soldiers' rate of fire to a minigun level and try it again. Thanks for the good show.

I think it actually kills them when there is to much in one spot to eliminate lag. That is just my theory though.
