There are no dodgy areas in Albania, and nobody will mug or do anything to you days or nights. Crime Street in Albania doesn't exist, and it has never existed even when Albania was dirt poor in the 90-s.

I live in London and every time I come back, I can see my whole neighbourhood staring at me and talking about me with each other-straight into my face without even bothered to hide it, but hey-ho I know the mentality of my people so I brush it aside. They are not harmful, but they are so curious and nosy about every new face that enters town.....( staring during communism was even worse).
