I thought it was a strangely timed and heavy handed nerf, especially following the changes to Wave. I’m pretty sure the deck was on a downtrend as well, so it’s odd they chose now to knock down the deck’s power a bit
This is exactly what I was bringing up too they're gonna end up making cards or decks fall too far behind we're definitely about to enter a new meta which would've been with or without the nerf so just seems they could've waited to see where this lands the meta and tbh I'm really not sure this weekly ota thing is a good idea which I said from the start. I though they weren't going to do weekly anymore but apparently they still are (oh they're making it fortnightly now) and like mg says do we really need so much nerfs instead of more buffs
I’ve been experimenting with HE and I think an Afflict deck with wave will be very strong as well. I think HE will definitely be strong in the meta. If they tweak anything, they’ll likely tweak Hulk as he can easily become a 6-20 with minimal downside
They nerf top strategies while knowing admittedly that they release cards intended to be strong with possible nerf in future.

You might be joking but there are a few decks that are starting to run quicksilver, domino and america chavez, mainly for iron lad

I ran sera control with leader when sandman was being run more. Sera control definitely feels like the best deck at adapting to the metas in snap.
during my infinite climb tht deck was all i saw and it was the most boring shit to play against glad its gone
