Interesting that you study the unfinished areas also a good place to reveal techniques. I wonder if they abandoned this cave because the rock seems to be very fractured and unstable for their purposes of creating pillars and other architectural features. It seems in some places that there was a large squarish shaped boring tool which did leave some rough machined surfaces. Thanks for your videos

I was wondering about the fractures in the stone too. If the damage was done later by earthquakes, and flooding, or if the inferior rock is why they stopped? Or if there was an earthquake while they built? It's a fascinating place!

I do not see how any human could work under those conditions without serious eye and lung damage after the first day on the job. That would be a very depressing existence for those who had to chip with picks and chisels, especially when doing that ceiling. If people were forced into doing that kind of labor it makes it hard to appreciate the wonder of it all if it causes misery and suffering of the people and only benefit the power structure. Why would humans go to all that trouble unless they were forced or highly compensated. Were the powers that be as corrupt back then as they are now? If so, I see no hope for mankind. I hope I am wrong.

People were not looking at life through a victim lens in those days, they had purpose and were focused on positive outcomes it seems.

The construction of the pyramids in Egypt took 1000-100 000 times more labor than these cave temples. And there, too, inside the pyramids there is red granite, and some granite on the outside (of the pyramid of Menkaure). Ask - what made people at the beginning of the BRONZE AGE begin to build these pyramids en masse, although they themselves lived in huts made of reeds and clay?

@SureNuf - It is worth saying - that most ancient structures around the world were abandoned during construction and not completed

@@vlad9vt Agree, that is why I think they are way older than what the quackademics are saying.
