When Shyne came out I remember I thought he was was a mini Biggie clone like everyone else, but now looking back he was %100 his own artist. Biggie would either get more hyped on his gangster shit, then get smooth on his club/playa shit with his Jiggy rhyme style. Shyne kept it calm and consistently gangster in with a totally different style. You’d be able to easily tell them apart on a track. Can’t say the same about Action & Ghostface. Too bad 2000’s Badboy didn’t make a bigger impact. Black Rob, Shyne, G Dep and Loon were a pretty underrated line-up
