No doubt that M'Bappe is an amazing bass player but the bass solo is just a ''show off'' of his ability to play fast but doesn't contribute to the music nor does it have anything to do with the essence of the tune. JMO
Isn't it the case with most bass and drum solos? Anyway, since it's a live performance, I guess this is exactly what people came and paid for, some "show offism". ;)
