Lol I was taking my husband to get stitches removed from a hand and elbow surgery and I asked the doc if he was clear to get it wet all he wanted and she said of course ! On the way home I notified my husband I was throwing stuff in a bag when we got home and heading to the beach. !! Any beach ! We opted on the way for MB . We got there as often as we can as it's only a few ours from our home here in the mtns of WNC CANDLER NC

There are several bait and tackle shops along the Grand Strand that offer live bait. Depending on where you fish, Cherry Grove has a few as well as Garden City. Ask at your favorite pier if they have any for sale when you go. Sand Fleas are relatively easy to catch right from the surf. All that's really needed are two hands and a bucket. A small scoop works well to gather a lot from the beach also. It only takes minutes. Most piers sell frozen ones which I've used many times with no problems. I've been asked to make a video on how it's done in the future.....in the meantime there are many videos on how to do just that on UA-cam. May your buckets be full of sand fleas and your nets be full of fish!!!!
Thanks for the advice. You are so right. Fresh bait is always a personal favorite and seems to produce the bigger catch. In these videos I tried to use what the piers offered so the non fisher could just walk on a pier and start fishing. Thanks again for watching. Plan to have more in future episodes.

Yes they do. I usually try to keep some on hand. I've used Fish Bites in other videos with great success.

Try fresh shrimp,. Instead of pier shrimp,. See if that will increase your catch.
