Roll Out

ROLL OUT is a documentary film and storytelling project that explores Alabama’s 150-year legacy of voting rights activism by following the establishment of Transform Alabama, a community organizing project founded by Adia "Dr. Dia" Winfrey.
Through interviews with foot soldiers and members of the community, Transform Alabama seeks to integrate the knowledge of the elders and the new tools available today in our quest to increase voter education, registration, and mobilization.
