The energy there last night was intoxicating. Easily the best concert I've ever been to, love these guys and the whole team that put this show on.

It’s so crazy because this youtuber gave it a really bad review but every video I’ve seen looks amazing. He also said the sound/speakers were horrible.
@@kalen3719 Depends where you're at in the ampitheater. I think the 200 sections sound the best. Floor is pretty trash imo for sound.
Edit: Sounded phenomenal to me, bass felt way more tight and controlled than other bands there.

Remember im 2015 where they went to ATC or something and performed for free in the center of the mall?!!! You could literally watch them from the higher floors or while going up the escalator, it's crazy 🤣 He did Car Radio while standing on one of the posts' ledges screaming like crazy.
Problem is I didn't know twenty one pilots then so I wasn't able to go!!! Just my friend! Ugh!

To people who ditched them just because tyler and josh made new sound (but yet still the same in a way) most definitely forgot that it's going to performed live and how different tge sound is when its live and in studio and how Tyler and Josh can take good song from studio and made it amazing song while live. Well for those people, you never understood them anyway and at least there will be more tickets next time loo
THIS!! i was actually one of those who was not happy at all with them when the album came out and i’m a huge huge fan. sai it’s a grower and it really gets you once you’re in the mood and get to understand the lyrics and how deep they are. experiencing those sounds and new vibes live must be otherworldly
@@ronnygranados exactly! SAI was my least fav when it came out and now it might be my second favorite only after Vessel. Like it may sound happier, but the lyrics are definitely amongst the darkest there has been so far.
Like the whole joke everyone makes towards twenty one pilots is that they sound happy but have depressing lyrics, and this is really the only album that I've felt actually sounds happy and not just like it's in a major key
i feel like people are not taking it seriously just down to the sound pallet of the album and that's honestly a shame cause Mulberry Street and Good Day are some of the best songwriting they've done. Not to mention how dark Good Day actually is
@@yogurtyearner I’m curious as to why you think this is their darkest album? I know Good Day and Redecorate are dark, but the other I don’t think they really are.
@@gjmcgee i said one of their darkest. i think it's still behind Trench in that regard.
But a lot of the album sounds really peppy but lyrically it's so much of hopelessness and accepting depression (in a giving up kind of way) incarnate.
like mulberry street and the outside for example are a lot like this. like the outside reads completely as a metaphor for depression imo with its themes of isolation, boredom, and borderline paranoia.
and not to mention how mulberry street is like basically saying "forget getting better, it's not worth it cause everyone's happiness is fake and manufactured"
and choker to me is a great metaphor for someone in an abusive relationship. maybe i just think of it that way cause it came out during a time when i was in one. But the absolute hopelessness of "Nobody's coming for me", and specially after saying in the verses "i don't bother anyone, never make demands. just reads as someone desperate for help, but knowing it isn't coming.
Ofc like i said tho, Trench definitely takes the cake for the darkest album. Leave the City alone is almost darker than all the songs on any of their albums combined imo.

@@j.k.concerts4400 oh yeah, the trench tour had great production, the teleporting, the car, the hanging lights in the pit, it was so goooood
@@j.k.concerts4400 My favorite time seeing them were in smaller venues without all the production. First time was at a small venue in Baltimore with maybe 40 people.
I mean they probably have a smaller crew because of covid so it’s understandable if it’s not as wild
