Mine is finally arriving either tomorrow or Monday, I can't wait! I made the mistake of bundling this with 2 other GenCon releases, one of which was delayed until October or November. My Little Scythe is also arriving in the same box so that will probably get played first with the kids but Fenris will soon follow.
This could be doing with a spoiler alert! 😉😜. I can only watch the start as my copy just arrived. I’ll watch it all one day!

Would you recommend this expansion if the game mainly got to the table as a solo experience? Really curious to hear because you love thee base game and are a solo gamer as well
Nah I wouldn't get this for solo play only mate.
I just finished playing through the whole campaign solo. I had a pretty good time with it. The story is decent and each episode gives new ways to experience the game which helps keep the whole game more fresh. If you enjoy scythe solo already and you want to get an expansion this is absolutely the best one to get.
You mentioned that Rise of Fenris takes place after Wind Gambit, but there is a published timeline, and the Rise of Fenris actually starts before Wind Gambit. This is why the first game says not to use Wind Gambit.
My mistake! The plot sounded like it was after! I figured they just did that to make transitioning easier.
Honestly, I am actually surprised you like this game.
Elegant and variety and gorgeous looks combined with a fun puzzle. Works for me.
