I agree. I have a small dog with a fear of going to the groomers so I decided to learn how to do it myself and it's been that way for the past 9 or so years. It works out for both of us. The owners of this dog had a lame excuse for extreme neglect
I learned how to groom our wire hair fox terrier. When I do this I feel great, knowing she is well taken care of. They are our babies, we need to treat them with love ❤️. I make her food also 😊
Exactly. Our dogs are ok at the groomers but prices have sky rocketed for goldendoodles because they take so long to groom so I bought $150 clippers for their hair type and nice groomer scissors and do it myself! All for the price of one grooming visit 🤦🏼♀️

He is lovely just never experienced grooming ( the state of his coat says... I am neglected). His ear hair matched his tail hair.... Long matted n dirty. He would love the scrubbing bit of the bath, his skin would be itchy. It's so nice to see his skin. He looks as if he has irritated skin in places. Personally I would have taken all that hair from his face and head, all his hair would grow at the same rate..... Its lovely to see his face and beautiful eyes.. Thank you for helping him, Thank you for sharing him with us. Your kindness and patience is fantastic.
Your calm,confident manner reassured the dog, and he settled down beautifully….love your gentle approach! Wish the owner had opted for the head to be shaved too….it looks out of balance, but they may change their mind… great effort you two!!! ❤️🐕😊🌈🦋
In my opinion if a dog is allowed to get into this sort of condition then the owners should have very little say in how these beautiful people shave his poor little body, poor excuse that they think he was too aggressive to be groomed, I’d be aggressive too if I was allowed to get that bad. The owners probably tried to bathe him themselves and couldn’t. Some people don’t do research on their type of dog and don’t realize the amount of care some require - especially when it comes to grooming. I’m sure the owners fed him and took him for walks. He’s not an aggressive dog.
In Serbia, no legislation protects any animal from cruelty and/or neglect of any kind whatsoever. These people in my native country generally have zero regard for the abuse, cruelty or neglect of their animals and pets. Their mindset is vastly different to that of the Western world. I know when I was growing up in Serbia that was the case. Animal cruelty etc, is rampant and it's horrifying to watch. I believe it's getting slightly better but they still have a long, long way to go. I live in Australia and here any type of abuse, cruelty, neglect etc, is punishable by jail sentences and hefty fines. We have a law that recognises animal rights; so thank God for that. Let's hope Serbia and so many other countries don't follow suit so that animals are given a VOICE and not silenced in ongoing suffering. This beautiful husband and wife team is helping them with that direction by doing what they're doing. They are true God-given angels for these abused animals who are also their voices. I know many people want a cat or dog but there is responsibilities with having an animal. I had a2 dogs both for 11 years each. I miss them, I took them to the vet yearly or as they needed also Mikey my Papillon had to be groomed at least 4 times a year.

He looks so clean and trim! Lovely for him!! I think an inch or so off all that long hanging facial hair would have helped quite a bit too. One thing l’ve noticed in several of your trims- it looks like your scissors would cut much easier if you would have them sharpened every month! Or more often if needed. If that puts a hardship on you, please invest in two or three more pair so you can always have clean, newly sharpened scissors in your drawer. Great job and keep up the good work!
He has probably never had a bath so he is scared. Consider giving dogs like this a treat or two while they're in there to encourage him and make him feel better.

I have a Puli and let’s just say that shaving your dogs hair that folds in front of his eyes will not cause them to go blind. Leaving dogs hair in there face where they’re constantly being poked in the eye by there own hair will cause blindness. My dogs 8yrs old shaved all his dreads off besides on the top of his head and tail. This allowed me to give him different hair styles like myself so the dreads on his head and tail have never been cut. But I groom the way of his body every season. Keep it short for easy maintenance. The dog gets more then 10compliments a day every time we go out. Love what you guys do keep up the awesome work.👍

Aaawww poor dog, he did very well during the mats getting shaved, as they pull hurts. The noise of the spray part of the shower frightens some dogs plus the dryer is noisy too and he isn't used to either!
You all did a wonderful groom for this dog. I don't understand why the owners wanted the hair left in the eyes. The dog would love to be able to see his world without the confines of the hair in his eyes. God bless you both for grooming this matted dog.

His case needed to be reported to police with animal group to accompany a report on abuse of the dog he isn't comfortable with such horrific neglect ..this shouldn't keep happening if he is to be returned to owners which isn't humane ...this dog suffered so terribly so painfully .. the dog needed bathing medical shampoos....and conditioner for dogs ... He is so pitiful . Sad .. hoping an animal group will support his cause his situation to police against his owners......thank you for being calmed with him .he looked so behaved .. very sad really

You should put loops in the wash tub so you can hook led on the dog and the loop for the hook

I have a Puli and let’s just say that shaving your dogs hair that folds in front of his eyes will not cause them to go blind. Leaving dogs hair in there face where they’re constantly being poked in the eye by there own hair will cause blindness. My dogs 8yrs old shaved all his dreads off besides on the top of his head and tail. This allowed me to give him different hair styles like myself so the dreads on his head and tail have never been cut. But I groom the way of his body every season. Keep it short for easy maintenance. The dog gets more then 10compliments a day every time we go out. Love what you guys do keep up the awesome work.👍

My wife has the exact, same drier! Our dogs hate it because it is as loud as a space rocket!

Clearly, this dog is not aggressive and the owner is full of 💩 Thank you for helping the dog and making him so much more comfortable. You care about him more than his "owner " .

Aaawww poor dog, he did very well during the mats getting shaved, as they pull hurts. The noise of the spray part of the shower frightens some dogs plus the dryer is noisy too and he isn't used to either!
Great job! And you did the right thing abiding by the owner's wishes. He looks wonderful and I bet he feels better too.
You all did a wonderful groom for this dog. I don't understand why the owners wanted the hair left in the eyes. The dog would love to be able to see his world without the confines of the hair in his eyes. God bless you both for grooming this matted dog.

His case needed to be reported to police with animal group to accompany a report on abuse of the dog he isn't comfortable with such horrific neglect ..this shouldn't keep happening if he is to be returned to owners which isn't humane ...this dog suffered so terribly so painfully .. the dog needed bathing medical shampoos....and conditioner for dogs ... He is so pitiful . Sad .. hoping an animal group will support his cause his situation to police against his owners......thank you for being calmed with him .he looked so behaved .. very sad really
