now that we got that out of the way i want to say that i really liked this weeks episode, i didn't see the whole jen-matt thing coming but you go girl and i don't really like the suit but i prefer the daredevil with the ugly suit than no daredevil whatsoever.

What I liked about this is that while Matt is making jokes, he doesn’t overdo it. It’s very similar to his humor in the Netflix show. He’s joking, not quipping, which is what everyone was worried about
Yeah, even though this is his lighter side, his personality remains the same
I was hoping they wouldn’t overdo it but they did it very well so I was happy :)
@@margueritebarry Yeah! Now my only concern is the treatment of his Catholic faith. That is an essential part of his character that shouldn't be ignored. Disney handled that well with Ms. Marvel (I think), so it would be unfair to give Matt the same treatment.

I missed Matt so much. He is back. He was himself in this episode. I was surprised about him and Jen but why not. They had really good chemistry. I liked them much better than Matt and his other girlfriends

See, I became a lawyer with my best friend Foggy Nelson, uncovered a major criminal conspiracy in the neighborhood involving everyone's favorite 800-pound mob boss Kingpin as Daredevil, crossed paths with the Punisher, your average friendly-neighborhood dark and brooding vigilante who's _obsessed_ with shirts that have giant skulls on them, as well as my acrobatic ex-girlfriend Elektra, then formed my own B-list Avengers team with a private detective who can fly, a former convict with indestructible skin and an angsty, whiny kung-fu expert with a really bad hairdo that reminds of Arby's curly fries to fight a group of mobsters/gangsters/imitation criminals looking for a dragon skeleton that was buried underneath New York City somehow before I sacrificed myself to stop the bad guys before I "woke up" in an unknown room with a nun by my side. Then a few months pass. Super boring. Blah-Blah-Blah. Kingpin gets outta prison, looking to ruin my life, while I have a dark, sad and emotionally traumatizng character arc trying to decide if I wanna just be a really good lawyer or be a badass, crime-fighting vigliante who does nothing but brood dramatically and kick butt without ever feeling remorse before I ended up growing a spine and getting Kingpin arrested once and for all(or so I thought cuz apparently there was an incident involving two archers, a role-playing geek with swords and Kingpin at a holiday party at the Rockefeller Center )before half the universe turns to dust and everyone is sad and brooding for five years before the Avengers fix everything and then I was called in to help clear a kid's name after he was wrongly framed for the murder of a crazy, criminally insane ex Stark Industries employee who wanted to be a superhero using illusion tech. I think the kid's name was Peter Perkins. I don't really even remember him now that I think about it. Weird. Anyways, I got a call from Luke Jacobson(who made me my new suit), saying something about needing to represented in court, so I flew out to LA, met She-Hulk, helped her save Luke from Leapfrog before we made out and now I'm here just doing the Walk of Shame all the way back to New York. So, yea. You're pretty much all caught up. Because the only person standing between New York City and complete and total oblivion is me. And The Avengers. And Spider-Man. And Doctor Strange. And the Space Avengers. Wow. There are _way_ more superheroes nowadays, aren't there?"

Also, while we're at it, and I'm just spitballing here, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Luke who made all of Hulk's clothes that somehow perfectly fit him.
It's funny, but so out of character for Matt.
Even for Tom Holland's Spider-Man it's too much. Matt is a very brooding and serious character, even if he jokes with people he doesn't tend to share his inner world with them really. The only time he voluntarily revealed his secret identity was to Karen, after 2 whole seasons of guilt over the secret he kept from her negatively affecting her life. (And when he told the defenders, but that was only after Jessica convinced him that they were already going to find out on their own.) The other times people found out his identity, you can't say he was too happy about it. I'm pretty sure he'd rather have no living soul knew his secret.
I'm actually loving them together so I expect to see more. Also loved Matt's "walk of shame".

For being an insanely funny episode it had one of the most dramatic and emotional moments at the end

Another great video! I loved this episode and couldn't believe how much I loved Jen and Matt together. It seems like Charlie Cox has chemistry with so many people. I hope we get to see these two work together again. Probably the funniest parts were the discussion of Daredevil's color scheme, the difference between goons and henchmen, the "superpower argument," and Daredevil mentioning "I can hear their heartbeats." Jen after trying to persuade Luke to go back to being client and tailor was both cute and almost strange, but she looked far too "animated" for it to seem anything but adorable

I like this show - yes it is quirky, and sometimes too much slapstick, but that is HER persona and personality but the MCU people and fans need to stop taking themselves so seriously when it comes to an entertaining television show, this is not a DUN-DUN-DUN movie all serious and shit.
no one seemed to notice that, but matt said luke jacobson made "a COUPLE of new suits for me", not just the yellow and red one, maybe we will see some more in echo or born again!

Know what? The vast majority of this show has been a disappointment to me, but Tatiana and Charlie have fantastic chemistry, they FINALLY got some of the legal jokes to land, and the writing for this episode seems to have genuinely improved. Still not the greatest thing on TV by any stretch, but man, what a breath of fresh air

Tatiana Maslany was wasted by the writers. She has incredible talent and really good chemistry with Matt. Frankly, I would love to see a legal drama/comedy starring her. I also just think she's perfect for the Jen Walters role. Don't take this the wrong way, but she's small and mousey, which is exactly how Jen should be.

i think the callback to the comic suit was pretty cool but i dont think id be a fan of it being permanent since he's still got the "devil camouflaged in the night" reputation
and im still curious how theyre gonna pick up the next season, id like it to pick up directly after the last season tbh but seeing how things are going its probably gonna pick up after the time skip

Well, that was in line with the comics. Leap-Frog is originally a villain before his son took the suit & became a hero.
He is more of an idiot than an outright villain.
