They were friendly and approachable. As far as anyone that is feeling a little intimidated by joining a tournament, even a national level tournament, don't worry. Everyone has been in the same place you are and they are happy to help you through the event. This was the first tournament ever for one of the women on my bale. She had a great time. You can learn a lot from the people you are shooting with. But come with a few energy bars...
It is an exercise ball. It helps with back muscle stretching and exercises for flexibility if you end up with a sore lower/mid back. 😎 so, sort of archery related lol.
