想問下關於tissue fluid嘅問題
Glucose, amino acids等嘅water soluble molecules係diffusion through pores in capillary wall (along concentration gradient) 定係因為hydrostatic pressure先去到tissue fluid
同埋diffusion同hydrostatic pressure呢兩點應該點分, thanks

Diffusion由Concentration difference引起，hydrostatic pressure由pressure difference引起。所以你要考慮一個case是否有這兩種Difference

@@workhardplaycards 咁想問下plasma 裡面嘅water soluble molecules進入tissue fluid嘅過程係由diffusion引起定係hydrostatic pressure引起
因為好似無論concentration gradient同埋pressure difference兩個情況都有,而且2016 dse題mc指個fluid flow係由hydrostatic pressure引起,而書就話glucose係diffuse through concentration gradient

@@isaacchan1107 hydrostatic pressure就是一定有，始終血經心臟Pump出黎，加左pressure，所以近Artery果邊pressure會高過Tissue Fluid。但concentration gradient就每一種substance、每一個Organ都唔同。以CO2為例，係Muscle就是tissue fluid concentration 高於plasma，係Lung就plasma concentration 高於tissue fluid。再以Glucose為例，在ileum，有食飯就tissue fluid concentration 高於plasma，無食飯就plasma concentration 高於tissue fluid。所以真係case by case

I would like to ask why tissue fluid doesn’t have protein but lymph has protein, also antibody is a kind of plasma protein or not

因為DSE騙了你…其實唔係所有Protein都過唔到capillary wall，antibodies就係過到ge例子
