Good choice but hard hearing for the uneducated hearing, it would seem boring and repetitive. An easier listen for those would be Synapse Dynamic (the arty remix)
The power of music.... I'm in brisbane at work, it's 32 degrees in the workshop and humid with it, yet I'm covered in goosebumps educating the younger guys about my clubbing days back in the uk when I was fortunate enough to hit 18 in early 2000 so got to enjoy this trance scene in its peak years.
im 24 and listening to this trance for almost 10+ years but dont underestimate how many good stuff is coming out these days as well ;) just very hard to find!
It's virtually impossible to properly explain to the youngsters what it was like. Way better tunes. And no feckin mobile phones. They can't get their head around that level of freedom. Shame😢
@@Swanny77-o8y Trust I totally agree. And im 27. But I did grow up in the late 90s early 00s and everything was way better. Trance is my favourite genre of music and there is simply noting like it. The energy, progression and journey of the music is unlike anything. I barely even listen to modern music unless it's a really good artist but those are rare now. In fact I just started my vinyl journey and already have close to 50 bangers + I just bought a nice Technics Sl-1200mk5. Nothing was cheap. My friends think "why would I buy vinyl I can listen to music for free" Well sure you can but you dont own it physically and until you experience spinning discs you simply cant comprehend how fun and enjoyable it is to collect what you love and enjoy it physically. Most cant wrap their head around that.
Remember ferry playing this at gatecrasher.... absolutely melted me, waited outside the booth to speak to him, such a nice guy.. one of the best sets I'd seen him play tune after tune and this brought it all back 😁
@@CarlSab9088 I lived for Godskitchen @ AIR when I lived in Leicester. I remember hitting that on Friday night then, going for a sauna/steam room session all afternoon and then Gatecrasher in Sheffield on Saturday night. Amazing times.
I remember learning a bit of Dutch so I could say hello to him at Passion in Coalville after his set, haha. I never really had "famous" idols growing up but feel like Armin and Ferry came the closest in terms of how positively they impacted my life.
The original is brilliant in itself first releasing as a B-Side to 'Don't Be Afraid' back in 1996, but personally I felt that Solarstone worked some magic here with their 2000 Remix
I love that after all these years, this is STILL not available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Traxsource, Juno, Beatport or anywhere else except on the wee 12" single pictured here, which is safely tucked away in my record collection!
Плакал в 5 утра на ФортДэнс в Кронштадте когда Ферри играл и в яме трека солнце вставало из воды. Ничего сильнее из транса не производило впечатление, даже Мэйдэй.
Holy moly, this takes me back. One of the first trance tracks I purchased and played over and over on my CD player. That transition into the breakdown is just so heavenly.
What days they were! 4am, I can't focus, i have no idea how I'm getting home or even quite how I got into this state but right now it doesn't matter. the absolute halcyon days.
Immediately stopped my other UA-cam viewing once more to get on this. There is something satisfying about skipping back and forward to see the needle moving across the track.
Love this track! I slightly prefer the version of it that appears on Ferry's solo album L.E.F. (and in his Kingdom of the Netherlands mix) but they're both incredible
I went Ibiza around 2000. Ended up with a record collection which I still have and this is in there! a Big influence as im learning to write trance & techno mucking about with Logic etc - a bit late but i enjoy it
Not very often that I like a remix of a Ferry Corsten track did by others more, except in this case. Solarstone did a great job here! The original 1996 version is very relaxing, but this remix adds so much power to it without ruinating the track. I really like the bassline and hypnotizing sounds. Ferry's 2006 version is also very nice btw.
I have a copy of Moonman on a 3 CD Trance album, but its very short and a totally different beat. I still love it though. I will try to get one of these longer versions as they are right up my street.
I just jammed this whilst viewing the solar eclipse 4/8/2024 😁
Had this on my wedding playlist. Those who knew went nuts. DJ now has this in his wedding after-party library and regularly sees the same reaction 👌
That's a PROPER wedding.
Had this on my big day playlist too. Plenty of smiling from my clubbing mates ❤

Finally found some people sharing same thoughts as me 😅 beautiful minds
UK i think?
One of those simple but extremely impressive melodies that make your day brighter

@@Jdsofar It warms my heart to hear that mate. I despair about the younger generations, but you've put a smile on this old face.

I miss Gatecrasher and Godskitchen at AIR Digbeth Birmingham, beautiful memories with beautiful people the music lives on ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ
I caught one of his sets at Gatecrasher back in the day, he absolutely rocked the place!
Good time to be alive, that`s for sure!

Some of Richie's finest work
@@corby000 Yeah Rich and Andy Bury back at that time I think :)
Dont be affraid for me, one of the best Ferry track!
You're right! I hadn't heard this mix before and it is good.
@@TranceClassicsOfficial yes was both of them back then. Incredible mix , much prefer to don’t afraid personally ✌️
Jesus Christ what a tune. Shivers down the spine and serious memories of the early 00's. PS I love you mitsubishi x
My favourite car manufacturers also😂 Whilst I was wearing my Versace looking at the time on my Rolex. And it always said good times...
damn these classics take me right back to my 20s. those were the days

Can I also have a smug face? 🤓🤓
I have it on vinyl absolutely love it, it's on Soulseek too if you know where to look :)
featured on UA-cam thrillseekers connected episode 32 gatecrasher classics enjoy. Also thrillseekers episodes are on soundcloud too.
Soz chief its on Spotify...just added it my playlist 😉
I don't own a record player (yet) but really wanted this track, so I got a record on ebay and got a friend to vinyl->mp3 rip it for me 😎
It's really quite simple. Look at all these remixes of Galaxia? That's what it meant to so many people. This is one of the best😊
I like the solarstone's touch 🌠👍👍🎼🌼
Reminds me of Bejeweled 2
Solar stone adds some real euphoria to an already amazing ferry piece 💓
So love this old classic tune and still do to this day. 😉👍👌🎼🎵🎶🎹🎧💿

Always loved this choon. Such a happy classic by Ferry
The last sunset I ever experience... this song will be playing 🎆

Sounds like a delicious wave coming in from the ocean.
This one the greatest tunes ever made 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This gets me through the day right now.

Ferry Corsten playing at Sensation White - AmstedramArena - that's what I see now... What a TUNE!....
Best channel on UA-cam....Live forever mate
Gorgeous classic solarstone remix!
A Hidden Gem of a Tune 🤘
Super mix by Moonman, great touch they have👍🕺💃👍
Has that iconic Solarstone sound. Parts remind me of Seven Cities.
Please don't stop uploading ever. If even this planet cease to exist. You should uplaod these from some spaceship
Don’t be afraid is my fave ever trancer but this is up there
Corvin Dalek brings some extra percussion to the intro 0.59 😉
Maybe they used the same sample pack haha. I also think of Corvin Dalek because of this drums.
Sweet memories with this tune. 👌👌
Original 1996 version here too :)

The reverbe in this track is used properly on the strings ❤️❤️
TUNE…….got goosebumps and great memories, thank you for this brilliant channel
This was my intro to the wonderful world of Trance back in 2005. Vision in Chicago for those that know!
Love this track! I slightly prefer the version of it that appears on Ferry's solo album L.E.F. (and in his Kingdom of the Netherlands mix) but they're both incredible
Proper classic this one 👍🏽

Ferry corsten is a pure trance legend
Bought this on vinyl. You can't beat this kind of music!
Ibiza 2000 best 2 weeks of my entire life

This is good stuff and then there is also... Moonman - Don't Be Afraid
Amazing track

Nice cover too!

Do you know title of similar tune, especially 3:20 but with vocal? Lyrics probably goes "in this world..."
TRACK 💯🙈
Archiving my records.. is it a keeper?
Call me weird but this always sounds better when played on the right hand deck...

They don't make like that any more
what turn table setup do you use ?
😰
Somewhat sounds similar or different to Bejeweled 2's first track from starting on level 1.
