This is really helpful, thank you! My D5 has crazy lights - there are wires all over the place and some sort of aftermarket box on each side with wires going everywhere. Maybe some sort of weird aftermarket hid/led mods. But the beams are terrible. totally non standard. I may need to buy new light housings to restore it i think too, holes have been drilled :/
Hi, the problem I have is the plastic fading from UV light. I live in New Zealand with strong UV. The plastic ic fading, I have 'reconditioned' with buffing/ special coating but it only lasts a few months. I will next try a UV stable vinyl. The cost for replacement light is huge. $2000Nz each?
