Snack Time Episode 45 Lays Masala

Firstly let me apologize for saying madras instead of masala they are slightly different but many of their profiles are the same. Im no expert in the cusine so I won't make pretend to know the nuances. I was just so excited by the flavor and my history with it that I said the wrong thing like a dumb dumb. lol
All that being said this flavor was fantastic and if you are a fan of the Indian flavor profiles that exist, this really nails it. Very approachable from a heat perspective but also lots of fun and different. Def worth keeping around if you ask me.

Have you developed any Chef Dave flavored chips for your restaurant menu. I’m rooting for seasonal chip drops, lol. Prolly have done, if not you need get on that chef! 😋😋
