Solid trails in Santa Rosa, CA. Our ride focused on the northwest half of the park. We rode up Cobblestone, Rough Go, and Marsh trail to descend on the Burma trails (South & North). Around 3.5 miles of great descent on the Burma trails, bike and trail were dialed! Good amount of riders on the weekends. Plenty of parking at the start of Cobblestone.

Rode North Burma for the first time yesterday. Even with leg cramps you're way faster than me!
Just rode this trail today. I also cramped smh 😅
hey bro, i started using salt tabs and they work great to prevent cramps and even manage cramping! try it and i hope that helps you.

About minute 7 after the oh my legs you can hear a gobble
Cobblestone is not a fun climb, I tend to avoid it and go up canyon or two quarry
DRT // SLD we found out the hard way! It was fun at times but just drained me lol
Two quarry is the easiest and quickest way to the top in my opinion. Annadel has some great stuff, but most of the good stuff you have to explore to find, it’s not on the maps.

@@THEGOODSMTB Is Two Quarry easier and faster than Canyon? I haven't ridden it yet but I hear it's got some steep rocky bits. I got to North Burma by going up Warren Richardson, which is steep but smoooooth.
