Roam and Hitachi team up to deliver transport electrification across Africa

Roam just teamed up with Hitachi, a global leader in the field of battery systems to advance our technology and business practices.
This relationship was facilitated by the Earthshot Prize, by virtue of us being Earthshot finalists in 2022.
Through the next 9 months, Roam and Hitachi will work together to jointly advance the issues surrounding electrification in Kenya, geared towards electric motorcycles and buses.
Together, we will work towards actualizing a sustainable mobility industry in Africa.
