Makes me think of Radlands quite a bit. Have you played that Zero? Fabulous 2 player game, similar idea of defending bases with played cards, but with limited resources. Strictly 2 player...but not a Living Tcg, just a standalone. Really really tactical. Excited to learn more about this game.
@chosenoneunmatched4617 i have no played Radlands. Heard good things about it though. I would like to try it some day! But this game is great because similar to Unmatched it's easy to learn and hard to master.
@flomegames7662 never feel obligated to sub to the Patreon, but I do really appreciate it! And thanks for watching, hope to play you in Gudnak at some point as well.
@CaptainCrockpot yeah I've heard that comparison before. Though I'm not really familiar with Summoner Wars. What I love about this game is the simplicity of mechanics yet the crazy depth you can still get. It feels similar to a sliding puzzle mixed with combat haha
I can't remember too much about summoner wars, but there are no damage markers so combat is streamlined, there is stacking which allows for unique action economy. I think people who have played more summoner wars have had other differences to pull from. There are some significant similarities and differences. I think if you like Summoner Wars you'll like this, and if you don't there's still a good chance you'll like this. Here's my completely 100% non-biased take 😉
I would've liked taking at least 1 second without fingers on the cards for the expansion cards, to be able to read them clearly. Sitting down and putting each card on the table would've worked well in that regard, rather than holding the cards.
@tundranocaps good note I can keep that in mind for next time! I definitely started to speed through the stacks closer to the end because I felt the video was going on forever 😅
@@zeroskatr12 Think of it like this - those for whom it is too long are already long gone. Making it shorter at that point doesn't serve any audience ;-)
Oh this is gonna be a Gud time

Radlands is a great game! It’s gonna be hard to replace that for me. Radlands theme and art and sleek design is top notch

@@zeroskatr12 Are you planning to maybe do a playthrough or something, to demo the game to us uninitiated?
@@chosenoneunmatched4617 I should do something like that. I think I'll put that on my to-do list.
I'm listening and I'm sat 👀
I just realized that my Patreon subscription lapsed lol. Fixed and great video

Delguooooooon
Those tuck boxes contain starter decks for people who are new to deckbuilding to hop into the game and just start playing with.
@@unmatchad yep I've been playing with just the starter decks so far.
Oh, that game looks really good)
I wonder, is this game will be available in Russia?😅
@АнтонШефер-и4е it is really good! I'm not sure though haha. But we do have online TTS and Vorpal support for it!
Looks cool, but getting strong Summoner Wars vibes. What’s the difference besides a smaller grid/board?

@ the artwork looks awesome. I’d have to play it, but at first glance it looks like the same game.
@@CaptainCrockpot yeah the art and theme of this game is so cool
