I know this is a year old video but I tried the MyFit Crown liners in them. It felt a little better for awhile. I went back to the stock Prime liners. I added a 45 degree strap and it solved the heel lift completely. My only complaints about the skates are the ufs receptors being over sized for the spot in the footbed. I could feel a massive lump on the ball of both my feet. My fix was I took some tin snips and cut them to fit the indent in the shell.

Some shops had the Gawds TF1 for around USD$300 initially. Got mine for $260 with holiday discount. I'm seeing one shop with boot only for $280. The MyFit Prime liner feels luxurious to me with faux suede inside. I did notice that the tongue has more ability to move than my other liners, but pulling up on them before lacing works for me and I have none of the painful digging Lawrence experiences. I hope the liners last because they feel great out of the box.
Thanks too much! Well presented. Many viewers are here for fit information. My feet are 280mm long, 113mm wide and volumetrically equivalent to size 14. After watching so many videos, it looks like I can possibly put wheels on a hockey skate and get a tight but painful fit for about $600. Yay.
Totally I bought a pair of these and I was blown completely away with how roomy they are!!! It's insane. I bought size 11-12. And they measure at a size 13. Their huge. Actually just slightly over size 13.
Taking the insole out of the liner completely changed the liner for me,every skate i put them with the insole in felt horrible,swapped them out for a pair from some stock roces liners and they work great.,they're now in a pair of m12's and i have thicker them v3 liners in the gawds now.
I prefer the Myfit Prime liner from the Gawds TF than the Myfit Second skin. They are awesome for downsizing and the bottom of the liner don't slip around like the others Myfit dual fit liners with the neopren toe. But the TF sizing is a little bit off I agree.
My size 8-9 actually fit me perfect without any liner wiggle, they feel a lot more correct in size and nimble on the foot compared to my them pat ridder size medium skates with the intuition liner
I think the liners promised more than they actually delivered. The hype was that they were going to be the myfit equivalent of intuition. That clearly was unfair expectations. Seems like myfit are falling into the usual powerslide trap which is way too many variations that don't distinguish themselves enough.
im a size us15 width and with the thin liner my foot fits this boot perfect in this boot no movement its a perfect glove and then you mold it and it gets even better. if you have wide feet get this skate

I had the Roman Abrate VII with the crown liners but to me they felt like I was skating in marshmallows. There is just too much padding in that liner. I much prefer the prime liner in the Tim Frankens as I feel like I have a more direct connection to the skate and can feel what it's going on. It just goes to show how personal fit and feel is in skates and there is no one right answer for everyone.
I heard the thing with to much wiggle room from other channels, so i was worried when i ordered mine, but i have zero issues at all. Usually i wear size 13 and have a normal to a bit wider foot, these come in max. size 12,5, so i´m at the top of the range and it´s feels fine, just tight enough. I didn´t notice problems within my first session of ~3 hours. I think the skates are fine but you definetly have to downsize in these or wear another liner like the fatboy. The thing with the forward flex i acutally liked really much, it felt quite comfortable and natural for me, but i usually have to flex my ankles more forward than others to get down because being 6,4. So yes i agree with everything said here.
Got my Gawds TF1s last Friday and there's too big UFS receivers (t-nuts) . The right ones are smaller and have a Little cut to them. Couldt skate yet with the t-nuts!not being flush with the boot bottom. Ordered a few sets of UFS t-nuts from a few stores. Most places are out of stock. In the meantime I've been heat molding the liners and just hanging out with the boots without the frames. And I just took laces through the 4 loops on the top of the liner and VOILA! Fixed the forward flex and the pressurepoints on my ankles on the inside. I'm size 43 normally or 42.5 EU AND WITH SHOES I've nowadays gone with us10 for the comfort. My feet are mondo 25.9 and 26cm and these skates do fit. Just gotta break them in and actually I could size up the liner. The liner is bit tight for my toes and there's plenty room still in the toe box of the shell. Always wanted usd7s and these are awesome even just hanging out in my living room with just the souls on 😂
I’m really baffled by the liner choice they went for. Those shells deffo benefit from a crown liner like the old usd 7 Abrate skates that i’ve had a go on a couple years ago. That shell has a ton of room in it unless you have fat feet haha.
@@BacktoBlading I just grabbed the complete from RW for 200, couldnt pass it up at that price. First session with the stock liner and i was not impressed, I had to put in my THEM Intuition and that felt great.

My feet were swimming in them until I swapped out a liner. I for sure would down size if I had the option to buy again.

Oh yeah my size for these tf1s is 41-42. These are the perfect size for me.
