    You created the passion between me and the pull up bar Paul! Really I mean since 2013 I've lost many people in my life, but the only thing that stayed with me till now is that pull up bar, once I look at it I feel motivated, strong, in real love with it, not everyone would get what I'm saying, but for me it's a strong love, it always makes me feel like I am young, strong, happy when I get done with pull ups and muscle ups, it feels me better than any other thing I've tried so far. Thanks Paul, I own you a lot man.

    I’m so happy you’re back!! Can’t believe I watched u 3-4 years ago and now I realized I could’ve started this a long time ago. I’ve been doing calisthenics for a 7 months now and have recently joined a gym and now ur back it’s almost a sign to keep going and going

      Never fucking give up man, people often start working out for girls but once you see results it really helps you mentally grow as a person. You begin to think clearly and everything becomes about working out

    I'am so excited you are back. I remember a few years ago in a YT video comment section i first heard of you (well. FORTRESS) mentioned as a legendary calisthenics icon. I wondered who you were. I have been a longtime subscriber of Jujimufu on YT and love fitness, but I work a very inactive retail job and I want to actually get in shape better than I was i my early 20's when I did Insanity workout DVD's all the time. I just turned 31 over Christmas and recently bought a pull up home gym stand (similar to the green obstacle at @) so I can do a lot of the body weight exercises that you started out doing. I want to be able to do a one armed pull up someday with both arms. I'm fixing my imbalance as well being able to use this pull up tower focusing on my weak sides. You are an inspiration and I'm honored to be a subscriber.

    You're the reason I started working out in middle school, I was naturally attracted to calisthenics, after a while of training I went into science class and a kid I knew said he'd noticed my arms were getting bigger, it was the first time anyone took notice and it really inspired me to keep going

    I really like the idea of you making videos of you getting back into shape. That is kind of a new thing on YT as far as I can tell but I've not done extensive research on this. I started working abs very young in gymnastics and fell in love with abs exercises very early when I saw how much gymnastics requires strong abs. How abs look is a byproduct of abs exercising and low body fat of course. But having strong abs no matter how they look is what is key.

    Diary entry log Day 1: My pushups workout did wonders. Following Fortress´advice on not only stimulate the nervous system but actually rip fibers apart. Felt like my chest , shoulers triceps even biceps became overloaded. By my 3rd set I was completely beat

    Diary entry Log Day 2: Today was pullups day. I always had difficulty pushing myself on the bar as every muscle fiber, tendons , heck even microorganisms are doing their darned best in getting me off again after a few reps. This was probably my best day ever with the help of some hanging rest , recovering some of my nervous system I was able to feel the ´burn´ for the first time on the bar , my back burning like a pyre. Did three repetitions while feeling the Burn and my fingers ultra stiff
    , I felt great.
    The past weeks I would be absolutely finished after just two sets , being able to do one if I compromised form , but I don't want to do that. I iirked myself to complete a third feeling near breaking point and that the 3rd set was the make-it or break-it. I could surprisingly many reps. I guess my fatigue finally expanded beyond muscle failure. But that's the trick right? Your muscle fibers won't rip if your fatigue gives in first.

    You can do videos for example like your previous video where you are filming ur workout and explaining how muscles work and grow while exercising in a gym or in a park, it doesnt matter 🤟🏽😆
