I'm from Krakow, and personally a fan of the Wisła, I cant count how many matches i've been there and just to make you clear about the filming thing. You were on "C" stand which is the stand who leads the singing in the game. The reason why you couldnt film it, its not about ruining the athmosphere there is a restriction that tells you can't use pyromaniac materials on the stadium and some called "ultras" that "NICELY" asked you to stop filming they can be accused of using those materials based on your videos, that's why you'r not allowed to use cameras, just to keep our fans, brothers safe. Three Brits go to Eastern Europe and record in the ultras section of the stands at a match between two clubs whose fans have the bloodiest war, lmao... You're lucky you didn't get seriously hurt or stabbed! The reason why they didn't want you to film is because there are numerous people there who already have problems with the law (not just due to fights and hooliganism, but Poland's strongest ultras also have deep connection to drug trafficking and other criminal enterprise). Obviously, those people wouldn't want their faces shown on film - where they're seen doing more illegal things.
Polish football atmosphere is amazing, you don't get this kind of stuff in England anymore; the banners, organised support, flares, fireworks, chants, etc. are all great and good fun. However, some of the ultras are very dodgy. In Kraków the worse elements of the Wisła and Cracovia hools are known for slashing each other with machetes. They tend to only target the rival club fans and won't hurt you unless you piss them off, but random people can still get hurt and no one is safe from drug-related violence. Be more careful next time.
Jest wiele klubów w polsce które mają za każdym razem tłumy na stadionach oraz mega oprawy. Czasami aż miło popatrzeć mimo że za piłką nożną osobiście nie przepadam.

Lads . You should go on Darby match when cracovia funs are on opposite stands. The atmosphere is much warmer than you have seen.
First thought that came to me when you entered the "C" stand and started filming was "what? they are filming there? hm, maybe something changed since I was there last time"... well, apparently not :) You got surprisingly long material anyway. But when I was starting to watch this movie I thought that you will just visit Krakow, get tickets for the picnic area (as the local ultras are calling the "normal" stands), watch game, drink some beers bla bla - and that's it; like many other groundhoppers before you. But no, you went in the eye of the storm and I respect that :) And smuggled a flare, haha, nice one! Good film :)

I went there in the spring. Stood right at the back of the ultras stand, but I only took a couple of photos and filmed for like 20 seconds.

Forces are simmilar, both teams are part of big hooligan coalitions. At this moment Cracovia is doing better at football selling drugs and hooliganism but it can change in few years. Wisła has better frequency. Both clubs are treated like trash by normal clubs like Legia Warszawa, Śląsk Wrocław becouse they use weapon while fighting other fans which rest of Poles finds lack of honour. Both crews are pushed around by Zagłębie Sosnowiec, the strongest firm in Poland now. Zagłębie& Legia & Radomiak & Czuwaj have beaten Wisła and their allies next to A4 motorway. Cracovia and their coalition are in huge trouble too. It wasn't smart to wear Wisła scarfs. They might have problems entering other stadiums and if they will be recognized they will end up in hospital
