The old soil will not have roots, so it is good to wash it once every three times. Bonsai is said to be beautiful when the leaves are small and the branches are as short as possible.

小さい三又根捌きとか昔はあったみたいですが今はどこも扱っていないみたいで。

壱興さんの鉢に変えて、下がちょっぴりですがすぼまっているので、より木が大きく見えますね。
鉢合わせも、盆栽の楽しみ方ですよねぇ。

鉢の下が狭くなっているのでスッキリ見えて私は好きです。
今後の動画で出てくると思いますが、黄色の鉢は20cm超えていて少し小品には大きかったんですよ。

木のサイズは同じであっても、鉢を変えることで風格や古色、そして木そのものの大きささえも変わって見えるのが盆栽の面白さでしょうか。
