Oh and a refresher on the soul traits. Jessica’s Dark Blue soul is Integrity, and that’s why she lost it after not keeping her word to her daughter, as well as not being honest to Gaster about the Hate Vial. Light Blue - Patience Green - Kindness Yellow - Justice Orange - Bravery Purple - Perseverance
Alina ran away from Jessica to a mountain that she knew was dangerous, which is arguably worse then Jessica not keeping her word when you think about it, she made Jessica sad for 20 years straight and had Asgore to kill her because of her own fault of deciding to go to the underground.
You made it sound like her mother being sad about her death is her fault I'm pretty sure it was implied kids that went to the mountain were there to commit die, hence in a pacifist route asriel with tell you something along the lines of "Why did you come here if you knew it was dangerous?" Asriel reaction to frisk answer could have suggested "s*ic*de" A kid that has been neglected could develop depression and do just that
Kind of a shame that Glitchtale does not use mercy in it's story, it's kinda just like "Drama, Death, Drama, Drama, Death" and there is a few funny moments here and there but still, I get that the show is kinda of a drama but I feel like it has too much of it, allthough that probably just me.
@@cjtheracer0113 I mean, they legit beat Chara in S1 with Mercy, Traits and Memories And through S2 we have many moments of learning how to forgive, how to go through a loved one death, and other stuff, So I'd say it has balance between wholesome and d e a t h
I think Frisk chose not to eat the food that Toriel left because when you’re hungry, you’re usually more irritable; more irritable means more abrasive, and abrasive means more likely to resort to violence to resolve issues. As we all likely know, in Undertale’s canon, Toby Fox had Sans state that LOVE means “Level of Violence,” or one’s capacity to hurt, as well as EXP (“Execution Points”) a measurement of the former. However, whereas in Undertale these terms were directly linked to killing Monsters, Camila’s spin on it in Glitchtale, is merely to measure Frisk’s capacity to hurt others emotionally, never outright killing any. So it’s a very interesting way for her to play off of Toby’s original rules for Undertale, while still moving her story forward! I will say though, back when this animation dropped some years ago, many people myself included took the last episode’s ending as Frisk pushing Asriel over the edge to off himself when their LOVE went up to 2, which I’m. VERY glad it didn’t go that way, but man those next few months until this episode dropped were worrisome.
Well, Camila didn't really "created" this way of gaining LV, even in Undertale, it's possible to increase the EXP gained after some battle by doing some actions (for example, Pick On Loox multiple times before killing it will give a bit more EXP) Toby Fox already thought of that possibility, and that only makes Undertale, (as well as Glitchtale to an extent) even more interesting
Divergent just a heads up LV can only go up to LV 20. So Frisk literately glitched himself to his strongest self being during their one and only genocide run. They never became level 20 due to never killing sans themselves. (Sans has a total of 4999 exp which is how much is need to get to the next level since by the time Frisk is Level 19 she already has 5000 exp.)
We don't know if LV has a limit of 20, after all, what would be frisk's LV if they killed both monsters and humans? And no, they didn't glitched themselves, at least...not entirely, since killing isn't the only way to gain LV, (as seen when Frisk made Asriel cry with her words, after all, LV is only the way of quantifying your ability to hurt)
I liked that code Geass reference I finished that show in 2 days and loved it but was sad about the ending it reminded me of how itachi did the same/equivalent thing leading them to death. I loved the show though 😁
Just wanted to say you're a very good reader. Sometimes I find myself cringing at reactors voicing characters, but you reading as Flowey was done pretty well :>
