  • Where do we go after death? Is death the end of life? Or does a new life begin after death? Is that person seen after death? Where is the soul of the dead? - These questions come back to all of us again and again. Can't find the answer. But 2500 years ago Gautama Buddha answered all these questions in very simple language. If we know it and realize it, we will have no doubts about death. Birth and death are very natural. We think birth means happiness and death means sorrow, but we are totally wrong. Buddha saw life and death equally, death is not mysterious, death is part of life. Actually, we don't know what death is, because we don't know what life is. Life must first be understood otherwise death cannot be known. The video of today's episode is very serious, hopefully, you will come to your senses. thank you

All these spiritual tales have comments after them saying how wonderful and enlightening they were and how the viewer feels so blessed and at peace to have watched them. Quite literally, the spiritual message could be that after we die we have an endless supply of bubblegum to chew and everyone would be posting how wonderful that is.

In Buddhism after a being(humans, god's,celestials, ones who are in hells erc) dies then the being will be born in human world or in 1 haven out of the 6 or in a celestial world or in a one of the hells out of 4 (animal world/hell,, asura hell ,etc) goes on this cycle of rebirth but if a being follows the path that lord Buddha showed that being will end this suffering attain arahath hood who wiol under stand the reality the matrix and enter parinibbana and never be born again to die .

As a Buddhist monk, I can confirm that what you said is true. The cycle of rebirth, also known as samsara, is a fundamental concept in Buddhism. According to Buddha's teachings, all beings are trapped in this cycle of birth, death, and rebirth because of their attachment to worldly desires and their ignorance of the true nature of reality.
However, by following the Eightfold Path and cultivating the threefold training of ethics, concentration, and wisdom, one can attain enlightenment and break free from the cycle of rebirth. The ultimate goal of Buddhism is to achieve Nirvana, a state of perfect peace and liberation from suffering.
It is important to note that the concept of rebirth in Buddhism is not the same as the Hindu concept of reincarnation, where an individual's soul transmigrates into a new body after death. In Buddhism, there is no permanent soul or self that undergoes rebirth. Instead, it is the karmic energy generated by one's actions, thoughts, and intentions that perpetuates the cycle of rebirth.
Thus, the path of non-attachment plays a crucial role in ending the cycle of rebirth. By letting go of attachment to material possessions, emotions, and desires, one can reduce the karmic energy that leads to rebirth and attain Nirvana. Buddha taught that non-attachment does not mean avoiding or suppressing desires but rather understanding their impermanence and not clinging to them.
In conclusion, the cycle of rebirth and the path of non-attachment are central to Buddhist philosophy. By following the teachings of Buddha and cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom, one can attain liberation from suffering and break free from the cycle of rebirth.

So you say that when people see spirits and ghosts these are just figments of our imagination? However the man said he saw it with his own eyes. Using imagination with eyes closed isnt the same as seeing it eyes wide open by himself.

As a Buddhist monk, I believe that expressing gratitude is an important practice that can help us cultivate a sense of inner peace and contentment. When we take the time to appreciate the blessings and opportunities that life has given us, we are able to let go of feelings of greed, jealousy, and resentment.
I am grateful that you have taken the time to express your gratitude, and I hope that you continue to find joy and fulfillment in your life. Remember that gratitude is a powerful tool that can help us navigate the ups and downs of life, and that by cultivating a grateful attitude, we can find happiness and contentment in even the most challenging of circumstances.
May you continue to find reasons to be thankful each and every day, and may you always be blessed with love, happiness, and peace.

Buddhism is such a bunch of incoherent nonsense.
Ask a simple question and you get like 50 different answers and none of them actually answer the original question.
It's just a bunch of incoherent nonsense packaged under this enlightenment stuff.
Here's a simple question. Apparently after you achieve Nirvana you're freed from the cycles of death and rebirth. Which is something that Buddha accomplished on Earth.
    Okay he died right?
(WHERE DID Buddha GO AFTER DEATH?)
I can't get a single answer to this question. I end up getting some thousand word responses which completely side steps the core of the question.
If you can't answer this question in a single sentence. Don't even bother.
This question is extremely important because you know the whole point of the path is to achieve enlightenment nirvana and break the cycle of death and rebirth. However why? To what end? Where do you go after you die when you achieve that?
    All answers are pointing to
    CEASING TO EXIST!
Which is just an absolute terrible Goal overall.
One article I read just straight up came out and said "We don't know what happens after someone who breaks the cycle and achieve Nirvana and dies"
It's like you are attempting to achieve a State of enlightenment to break a cycle of reincarnation but you have no idea what happens when you die after?
I think you are better of not achieving Nirvana and just being born again and again.
    Lastly
    REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL!
We are offered Eternal Life after our Death if we give our Heart to Yeshua Hamashiach

As a Buddhist monk, I appreciate your candid feedback and your honest questions about the teachings of the Buddha. It is true that Buddhism can seem complex and difficult to understand, especially for those who are unfamiliar with its principles and practices. However, I believe that with patient inquiry and careful study, one can gain a deeper appreciation for the profound insights and transformative power of the Buddha's teachings.
In regards to your question about what happens to a person who has achieved Nirvana after they die, the Buddhist view is that such a person is liberated from the cycle of birth and death, and thus is no longer subject to the conditions of samsara. However, it is important to understand that this liberation does not entail annihilation or ceasing to exist, but rather a transcending of the limited and conditioned existence of the individual self. The nature of what lies beyond the cycle of birth and death is not something that can be fully comprehended by the intellect or described in words, but rather is a realization that comes from direct insight and experience.
While I respect your beliefs about repentance and the gospel, as a Buddhist I must point out that the path to liberation is not one of belief or submission to a higher power, but rather a path of self-discovery and personal transformation. The Buddha's teachings offer us a way to awaken to our innate wisdom and compassion, and to find a way to live with greater understanding, compassion, and virtue. May you find peace and happiness on your own path, and may all beings be free from suffering.

Buddha taught the doctrine of rebirth or reincarnation, according to which the consciousness of a being passes from one life to another after death. In Buddhist philosophy, rebirth is understood as a process of continuously evolving and developing consciousness, rather than a static transmigration of a soul. While rebirth is a central teaching in Buddhism, individual interpretations may vary within different schools and traditions of Buddhism.
