I recall that the real film Grimlock, that when he transforms the T-Rex head is on the shoulders and his arms and legs combine to form the Dino legs and the rest of his body converts into everything for his dinosaur mode. Will there ever be an actual and precise transformer film Toy that transforms properly, besides Bumblebee, his is always precise and so is Barricade.

In Movie 4, optimus prime vs grimrock fight was one-sided.. optimus defeated a huge monster like dinobot(Autobot now) very easily that's he's the prime
It would be a heap better if they could keep the transformation more accurate, like grimlock Dino form legs become his arms, not the tail nor do the legs become legs
I just received my Wei Jiang today. How does the tail attach to the arm? The tail has no peg or slot on the tail to attach to the arm. It just clams over the arm is that correct?
This Action figure is amazing, and I think they can remove his false Dino head. But there are 2 things I hate in Grimlock from Michael Bay: 1 - Optimus riding him, however much they fought, and Prime did it because he won the battle. 2 - Grimlock has not horns on his head, it is a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and not an eastern Dragon.
If you want I could look for you, I know a fair few websites to get them, that or you can just look up the name of the product on Google and go buy it from someone there
The engineering behind these things are absolutely phenomenal.

Problem is ... The tails . And so far only the Hasbro version has a decent looking 3rd party tail made for it

Well this one is. The way he transforms is different, but the design is 95% accurate in both forms
