  • In this video I get to have a close up of the Cannondale SuperSix Evo. I go deep into the frame shapes and design and check out all the quirks of the bike.

    Nice looking frames actually!

Did Cannondale change the paint color on the Deep Teal? The difference between the 'stock' photo in the thumbnail and on some sites is very different from the, much nicer IMO, color in the video. Perhaps it is just poor color management in the photo. Thanks

I do like the colour in person much more as well. As a nice depth to the colour. I think it’s just how they have edited the photo on the websites. I would say it does look more like the video rather than the photo.

I just got the Supersix Evo 105 version. It's a great bike, but the tires are junk at best.

Feels like most bikes need a tyre upgrade you buy them doesn’t it

@cyclingunboxed I still had an almost new set of Conti 4000s in the basement, huge upgrade.

Visually, nothing compares to the supersix evo, truly a beautiful bike

Worth mentioning that only the top end models have the intgrated cockpit. The rest have hidden cabling through the separate Conceal 1 stem and Vision bars which makes cockpit setup very versatile. It wil also take up to 55mm of headset spacers which adds further to the flexibility.

Just on a pure subjective aesthetic basis, the Supersix Evo is my dream bike haha. Probably will never be able to afford the hi-mod reasonably, but like you said, that top tube finish is incredible.

Honestly, all bikes are so good now days, you should go for the one you like the look of the most + the right paint job for you.
It is very cool. I would like to see it on more bikes.
Maybe one day you will get your hands on one!

too bad you can't ride these bikes and compare them to your sl7

I know right! One day I will be there. I want to create a large list of all the bikes I get to ride and give a subjective ranking. That’s if the channel grows enough.

Thoughts on the Evo 3 on the right?

I never road the bike but just from picking it up, it felt fairly hefty. The frame is nice and all the components are going to work really well on it.
The bar is a slight aero shape which I like for that price.
The paint job is cool but it’s not for me personally. Whereas others may love it.
I hope that helps a bit

Or, you mean the SL7? Which it basically is. It's getting a bit ridiculous how far the other bike brands have gone to copy Specialized SL7 model. Be nice if you and the other peddlers pointed this stuff out, guess you have money to make tho, right?

sloping top tube ruins the look of a bike and now with the fat head tube lol. Specialized are for weekend riders who know nothing about bikes
