Foreigner surprised by Korean apartment with ocean view

I visited an apartment with an ocean view in Busan, Korea with a foreign friend from South Africa. This apartment was a new apartment still under construction. It was a very luxurious apartment, so there were many amenities within the apartment, such as a golf course. Above all, my foreign friend was very surprised by the beautiful view of the sea from the apartment.
