I see awsome excellent daito ryu style techniques, lots to learn and practice, but aiki? Where is the effortless almost invisible aiki that totally controls the whole body of the opponent?
I can see when and where "aiki" is performed... I use it in a different way for more practical applications in the western way of attack and defence. Once you have it, there is no strength, but must be practised hard, to begin with, to understand it, which in time through diligent practice must and will be understood in the body....
Are there still no subtitles available?

Yukiyoshi Sagawa said once conditioning the body is the key to create the aiki basis. I think the video exercises are related to it
