RIP cwejmen....one f the greatest manufacutrer in the game ;...( absolutely nothing sounds like his synths and mouules... der sound ist fucking another level by a wide margine!!! so never sell this great tiny thing!!!
love these sound not got into eurorack yet ...but would be happy to have this SM-1 in a small case and put it though a tracer city and tape echo and bring mod great videos ugh just seen the price of these ...cant afford one is there a alternative something possibly the same but cheaper ?
Expensive indeed. So far no comparable unit. A cheaper high quality but less expensive synth voice will be released soon: schneidersladen.de/de/grp-synthesizer-a1
A very powerful and well crafted machine! At this pricepoint it should be flawless though and so there are a few critical remarks: 1.) No single VCO outputs and common out only after filter. So it is not possible to use them externally --- and no freedom of modulation here! 2.) AD loops possible but only if the envelope is triggered. 3.) Both envelops have a dedicated pos. and neg. attenuators but the 2 LFOs, OSC1 and the external input share only 1 attenuator and only 1 of these 4 sources can be selected for cutoff modulation (--> external CV mixer indespensable here) and OSC2 cannot not be selected as VCF modulator. 4.) Last not least: The module features 2 saturation stages. But they can only be switched on and of. And teh FX in both cases is very strong. Since I am not a Metal fan I almost nerver use one of them. An attenuator would have been the better choice. Besides that there is nothing to complain about!
@@LESINDES Very insightful remarks, thank you for that. Now that you mention it I am very surprised at those design decisions, especially the saturation bit. I've seen most of your jams, Keep up the good work! I've subscribed. Cheers!!

How are you liking it? Is the Cwejman sound all you were expecting and then some?

@@ritec Happy I could help!
Cwejman hard to get these days
That's true -- but the hype's peak has already been.
