That returning to the office meme hit way too hard. I'm a software developer, so ostensibly I can work *anywhere*, but there's writing on the wall that we'll have to start coming in again. Our work environment isn't great since they got rid of our cubicles, so it legitimately feels like management is way more excited for this than everyone else lol
Management definitely is more excited than anybody else lol. I work for a 3rd party vendor that orders, delivers, and stocks its own merchandise in grocery stores, and it’s really hard for them to keep tabs on what everybody is doing and it’s a nightmare to respond to problems. So many different conversations with so many people. That being said, if you get paid more to be in charge you can handle it being a little less comfortable to do your job. Management that needs to breathe down your neck to function isn’t really functioning at all

I don’t know why people are missing old Smosh so much. The old Smosh objectified women. Additionally, the episodes, for the most part, were one-dimensional. Finally, most of their episodes were cringey in my opinion, if you go back and watch some of the episodes you’ll see. I love the new Smosh because there’s a variety of shows, they're inclusive and lastly, with so many people in the cast that are in each episode, it provides a level of humor that wasn’t there 10 years ago. Thank you, Smosh for being adaptive to society. Keep up the great work.
