I got really lucky in late in 1990 I found an 89 sitting in this motorcycle shop forget the name I guess 3 or 4 people tried to finance no go thank god so she was still up for grabs I paid 4;500 for it approx. cant remember exactly but that was 1 very enjoyable bike to own I put 26 thou klm's on it in 15 months and then had to sell it 1 regret was I wish I had the money at the time to fix it up especially the engine - it was tired it needed it badly but it would of been nice to do some work to the engine keep it for another year why you ask well I rode a 1990 model same bike different colours and this bike had 35 thou on it but the engine was heavily ported out - etc etc and that bike really flew compared to mine it was like I was riding a tdr 500
