Arbans are great (especially the first dozen or so pages) for working on your articulation.
    Nice video.

All the songs you play sound great, and I was wondering if you could play H. W. Tyrell number 10 because I have to audition on that song and i would like to hear it. Please and thanks, and keep up the great work :D

I play a 1966 Conn 88H from Elkhart. It plays beautifully. Even when my lips are tired, the high range just soars (though that can be partially contributed to my mouthpiece - Greg Black "New York" 3.5m. It really fits my face). The only problem is that I don't have a decent audio recording device. On my camcorder, the horn sounds as if it is a student model played by a 5th grader!

Yea that's the big problem w regular camcorders. I have to record the audio separately and sync it in a video editing software

Hi! I am beginner trombone player. I just bought the book. Do you use it as a warm up ? How do you include this exercises in you daily practice? 😱

Well, for warm ups, there are some nice exercises at the beginning of the book that incorporate good airflow and some lip flexibility stuff.
These exercises are good for improving your articulation I.e Single, double and triple tonguing.

really nice. I wanted to know if the arban book actually helps increase single tongue speed because I have a slow tongue and need help on increasing my single tongue speed.

Francisco Aleman ... I would say yes. Playing more hours helps, and once you get something down at 70bpm increase it to 72bpm then 74bpm etc. that should do the trick over a few months

I was wondering if you might like to collab on some trombone duets?
I'm lead bone in a swing band so I can definitely play and I have lots of time on my hands these days.
Regardless, keep up the great work man. you could probably audition at Juilliard with the chops you've got.

+George Williams I did, lol. Didn't quite make it! That was about 11 years ago now and my desires changed. Sure let's collaborate. Which duets do you like?

awesome playing, just focus more on articulations and then maybe throw in some ornamentations and you'll be set.
    got real potential man
