Davey has done wonders with LaLand's landscape. I enjoy seeing all the plants as they grow and mature. The courtyard's improvements are astonishing. The espaliered pear trees are going to be magnificent. The walled garden just keeps looking better and better. Bravo Davey!

May Gibbs was an Australian author who wrote children’s books such as the Gumnut Babies, Snugglepot and Cuddlepie. Ipswich is an Australian City very near Brisbane, Queensland. When new settlers came to Australia they often named their settlements after their previous home towns.

My grandmother was a perfectionist with her crocheting, even if she were making a blanket and had a mistake in the middle she would undo the entire thing and start over from where the mishap had happened. I told my husband all the time that she was born in the wrong time because she could’ve made so much money these days off of those things that she made. My favorite were these little crocheted rollerskates made into booties, they were so adorable and she knew I loved them so much so she would crochet even tinier ones for my dolls. All my Barbies had clothes, it was crazy. I do miss her terribly, she passed away 12 years ago.

I think Stephanie and Phillip do ,totally, there doesn't seem a use for it so much today but most of us know its a skill, and life goes full circle know doubt it will have a revival one day.

@@susangillespie7226 although it was unclear to them what is was if they would of been looked at better it would be clear not much use for it now because its summer. Crochet doesnt need to make revival because its a timeless talent to create clothing blankets a lot of other things the list is endless as long as you have creativity ...crochet never gets played out.

My grandmother that I loved dearly and was very close to was 4‘9“ and I would continuously lose her in stores because there was no way of seeing her over the isles. I found myself as a child going to customer service and asking them to call her on the loudspeaker like they would do for children. She was so much fun I can’t even explain, I miss her dearly.

😊Davey is such a special addition at ⛲️ LaLande. A handsome, elegant man is unlikely to be called that in reality. His name is probably David or Dave.
🌻Dear Stephanie has probably shortened it out of 😘affection & familiarity. He doesn't seem to mind her gentle teasing. 🥰It's obvious how much she admires & trusts him too. Mutual admiration & respect for sure.
😉Don't know if I'm spelling his name right either, but in the end I don't think he'll be too upset. He's secure in himself, his 💪masculinity, his place in the world🌐, & rarely feels the need to assert himself.
🤔Introverts are fascinating creatures. Maybe he doesn't speak a lot, but you know there's a lot going on in his head. Bet he doesn't miss a trick. I appreciate that he's such a good sport about being on her vlogs & participating in Cadeaux. That speaks well to his generosity of spirit, confidence, & character.

The Australian books some of which feature the gumnut babies. Mae Gibbs was the author of those books, they have been around for ever I had some as a baby and I am now 80 years old. The gumnut babies were very tough because they never wore clothes and if you have tried to climb s gum tree they are very rough and spiky in places, but they did however have hats which is very important with our hot sun. Their hats were gum nuts.😊
