Tien I am a care giver for more than a decade..any part of our body that are swollen it is not advisable to soaked into warm water it might become worsen instead,just compress it with jelly ice bag or natural ice just cover it with face towel and compress it into swollen part..trust me it healed in just a short time period . well ur still lucky ..Thanks to Ms.Giang because she's there witness what was happen that tlime..
