I would buy a lot of bits for my GR but won't be spending £1k on an induction kit etc. £600 on a rear seat delete kit etc. If some of the bits become more reasonable I will start opening my wallet am I am sure others feel the same.

My Mod List: Ive got a Yaris Its a 1.5l Big Block with some piston blowby keeping good lubrications in both sides of the piston. The clearcoat and paint fell off making it lighter I took the rear seat off for some additional weight reduction aswell as to fit more of my constructions tools in the back.

I think I could regret not buying that . 😂
Not much will beat the fun driving a high powered manual hot hatch. I went from a stage 2 dsg Mk7 Golf R to an Audi S1 (now hybrid turbo stage 3) and the S1 is just so much more fun because of the manual gearbox. These yaris' look fun!

The GR Yaris is one of those rare cars, affordable but desirable. Something Toyota hasn't been able to do since the Celica days back in 1990s. I'm personally drawn more towards the wolf in sheep's clothing type of cars, but the yellow and black accents on white do look great and that performance is frankly astounding from a three cylinder. I'm starting to want one!

@@Birmingham_racing Its pretty easy to build a 1200hp+ street 4cyl today - has been for at least 8 to 10 years. 1000whp 1.6L setups existed back in 2005 - today you can buy an off the shelf 1000whp+ 2.4L 4cyl for pretty cheap Hell guys have been making 800whp with oem F20c motors for more than a decade 2L 4cyl oem rotating assembly. That would be a 600whp 3cyl 1.5L lol Tuning resolution and fuels have come a long way - as well as oem rod/pin strength The new oem turbo motors are pretty stout

3 cylinder engines sound like inline sixes, which sound like shit unless they are screamers or diesels. You really need 8-10k rpm for a 3 cylinder to sound/feel like a performance engine
Valve springs are surely done and head studs. No one else can reliably get at this power without those. Notice Garage, Maxx Performance and Ekanoo are open about this.
With them vents on the front right under the bonnet should have vented the end of the bonnet to aid air flow for keeping engine bay cool would push all the heat rite up the windscreen

wonder how they got past 350hp when the oem headgasket is not round and u cant make a crush style headgasket to prevent them from pushing out the gasket. seems like this one is making 350 -400 not 500

That exhaust, engine sound is majestic for a 3cyl I can't believe how nice the crackle and bangs are
3 cylinders sound great. 3, 6 and 12 cylinders all sound similar

In Australia, they just created one with 740HP with sequential box. Not sure how good that is.
