Easy. And no, it's not Elise Wims. It's Marc Quinnones. Marc never owned up to any mistakes he made. He always kept blaming other people for his mistakes instead of manning up to them. Delusional as hell, very satisfying that Cody Candelario nominated himself to get Marc eliminated.
Colleen's tenacity also did not go unnoticed by Chef Ramsay. He actually praised her for that. That was the only good thing about Colleen that he praised.
Chefs I don't liked: Lacey- She show no sign of interest of trying hard being lazy Melissa- Acting liked she's the boss of the Red Team telling them what to cook during the Wedding Challenge thing trying to take control the moment she realized the Bride and Groom were the judges tried to get her team not to be part of the challenge. Joseph- During Elimination pointing fingers at everyone getting everyone to nominate themselves for elimination.The moment he was eliminated trying to start a fight with Ramsey. Sarah- Being a bully enjoying everyone's misery mocking them. .Tiffney- No respect for her fellow teammates careless about children during the pizza thing. Good thing she wasn't in Season 6 during that cooking veggie challenge for kids. Even worst putting a knife in her mouth where she could had cut her tongue out. Sebastian- Being a goofball calling Mike Mikey Wikey and Zack Zacky Wacky. At least those two didn't get mad just focus what they were doing. But Chef Ramsey should had called him out when he started with Mike and the name calling. Elise- She didn't respect Sous Chef Andy when she was calling her out. When she came back bringing drama with her new phrase "boop" though its funny that Nick mock her with the "Boop" she only cares about her scores Jen- I don't get her she came telling Ramsey she changed her ways. Than suddenly started giving attitude accusing Ramsey for trying to sabotaging her. When he was only bringing out a new frying pan. and lastly Scottley- laughing at Trev with his peanut allergies.calling him baby girl.
He didn't bring out a new frying pan...he was showing her the pan that had the half portion of creamy leaks still in it. And Jen said that he just pulled it out from under the pass with the dirty pans. Some info you got right, but others you did not. And sous chef Andi's name is spelt with an I not a y...I is the female form of the name or an ie, but never y...have never meant a female Andi that spells her name with a y.
Chef Ramsey definitely has alot of patience, I know he yells and curses alot, but his patience is quite high. there have been people who were preforming lower than his expectations at the start of the season that, may not have gone to win, but had certain earned his respect by the end. one of the main chefs I can think of off the top of my head is tenille. she had grown so much and definitely earned his and the audiences respect after being eliminated in the final 4. so people like these, if they were better human beings and stopped letting their ego get to them, and let Ramsey as well as their teammates help them, they could have earned his respect. but no, their narcissism and ego was to big.

Ben reminds of one of my classmates in high school. Didn't care, refused to listen, mocked everyone confronting him, even at the threat of being expelled he didn't take anything seriously while saying they were just scaring him. Never get how these people so far as to be on hell's kitchen, but i guess that is what the shows wants for entertainment.

Marc was dislikable but he wasnt the worst, Amber managed to make Marc likeable but at least she helped nikki get her first job which is something
