In this episode we are exploring the second largest arch dam in Africa, KATSE DAM. The dam is located in the district of Thaba-Tseka on the eastern part of Lesotho. It is part of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, and the primary purpose of this dam is to supply water to the Republic of South Africa (RSA) and to generate hydropower. Lesotho is indeed blessed with water.
