Spending New Year's in Athens is a memory I'll never forget! We went to this local restaurant, and the hospitality was amazing-the owners invited us to dance, we even smashed some dishes (a first for me!), and it honestly felt like we were part of the family, not just tourists. The people there are so warm and welcoming. Oh, and don’t get me started on the oranges-best I’ve ever had! Greece really has a way of making you feel at home.
Just make sure you eat at sense in the athenswas hotel! Top tier if you’re a foodie and worthy of a Michelin star, love the fact that all of the courses are distinctly Greek.
All these sights have been done to death in numerous videos. The same old same. It's a shame you chose to regurgitate the cliche tourist options rather than a point of difference. No initiative nor resourcefullness does not make a good video.
If you are bored with the Acropolis, Agora and the National Archeology museum I am sorry for you. There is a reason why they are the Top Sites in Athens and have kept travelers coming for centuries. This video isn’t about unique or off the beaten path sites.
@@TheTourGuyVids it's clear that you prefer quantity over quality. There are many many popular sites to see in Athens, It's just a shame you take the easy road and offer nothing new. Just the same old same.
Great suggestions, I also love your energy and editing skills, this is a nice compact and informative video about Athens
Thanks so much for the kind words and for subscribing

Here’s a great opportunity for you to tell people what they should see instead of the acropolis, mars hill, etc.
