Lately have have been loving beef ribs more than poor ribs... I guess it is just a phase idk. but great cook man. and when you smoke both you don't have to choose. Take care.

Looks good, I am doing 2 racks of babybacks for Labor day, Hope they come out as good as those. My smoker is a n electric smoker that uses small pieces of wood or wood chips.
