Georges River Recycling SL42 & SL68 - Friday Chopout

Here we have SL68 doing its normal friday run, 68 is a mad sounding truck, reminds me of those old parramatta MJs. this is a fairly big run so the other trucks come out to help. SL42 SL43 and SL45 were in the area but everyone was scattered so i decided to stick with 42 when it came out, it’s one of my favourites of the fleet and sounds so good. it is actually sydney’s oldest full time truck so it was good to get a good video of it while it’s still here with us.
George’s River/Bayside are getting new trucks in september, the contract is coming to end and i dedicated this holidays to filming these full time oldies before they go because they start to drive the new trucks by the time the next holidays start. i’ve got heaps of footage left of these oldies and a few others definitely have some as well so expect to see some more videos of these beasts.
