    *SOLVED EASY FIX*
I had the same issue with my car around 100,000 km's. Some water/debris came in my throttle body which disabled the spring function of the mechanism, so the throttle plate ended up being stuck. Because of this, your throttle plate sensor is in the wrong position and causes an electrical error in your dash to light up, and this makes the car Rev up on its own.
I took off my air filter box, then disconnected the throttle body connector, and then unscrewed the 4 bolts to get it off. I already saw that the throttle plate was in an open position (which should be closed). I took off the sensor part by drilling though the pop rivets, so I could see the mechanism. I simply cleaned the spring, gears and sensor and lubed the spring with some WD-40. If it's cleaned right, the throttle plate should close on its own (not 100%, a small gap is always needed).
After the cleaning, I reinstalled everything back and turned on my car (CONTACT ONLY!) for 30 seconds, then shut off 30 seconds then on 30 seconds. This makes the board computer reset the sensor position. After this sequence I started my car and the problem was gone as well as the dash lights.
If you still have the same issue, you might have a broken TPS (throttle position sensor), of which I advise to replace the whole throttle unit. I found new ones for around €120,-.

It was a stuck throttle plate, so I change the throttle body.
