My name is Megha Rathore, I am commenting via my father’s UA-cam. 3-4 months ago when I first read the Aditya Hruday Stotram I thought damn, will I ever be able to learn this. Today I recite it fluently with my eyes closed and I enjoy every word of it with the depth of my heart every morning before Surya Bhagwan. It has helped me so much in life. It only takes a while if you are consistent.
You can't just recite the stotra only girl you have to read viniyog first then do nyas it's the real process to do any mantra or stotra and viniyog and nyas are very very important see in old ramayana there also Shri agastya muni make the mighty lord Ramchandra to do all the viniyog and nyas and then recite the stotra 3 times to win over everything and it should be recited by sitting in the direction of Surya Dev so do it with full process viniyog and nyas contains the name of Rishi the name of Chand the power the bija all other thing so they are very very important and they are not long they are medium in length and you can recite them bt seeing from a book it involves hasnd gestures

@@soutikchakraborty9932 sir I respect your emotion completely and yes it works but sir there is a given process and padithi which is given by rishi's a long way back agastya muni have himself thaught lord Rama the nys and viniyog so I do respect your opinion but when it comes to doing a certain stotra pr sadhna we should do it by proper padhiti or process which is given by rishi's if you don't follow this process then you are doing sadhna of your own likes and dislikes if you want to worship sun god by this stotra the process is nyas and then viniyog and then just repeat this stotra 3 times and I also kindly request you that we should.not put our own emotions or thoughts while doing such powerful process instead of that we should just follow what great rishi's have gives us as in Aditya hridaya stotra you can't chant it without giving credit to the rishis agastya so please don't put your own emotions in a well build process you can put emotion in your bakti but not on the process

Udayji, very pleased to share with you that my 4 year old has learnt this Stotram (we learnt together!) only by listening to this video. I showed her the different versions and said that you have the best voice so she chose this one! She also has been demanding to hear it before bed. Will ask her what she wants to learn next! Have been listening (since I havent learned it yet) to this Mantra everyday for about 9-10 months. I have to say my anxiety is pretty much gone and I have become more action oriented. I struggled for many many years with these problems.

@@Ivanshita just chant the Gayatri mantra of Savitri (Aum Bhur Bhuvah Suvaha, Tat Savitur Varenyam ...). It is most auspicious and grants all powers of all other mantras. It also gives the same benefits as this stotra since it is the mantra dedicated to the sun god Savitur, Surya and Aditya.

Bahu uttama vyakya. Its interesting to note here that in verse 22, Watercycle is explained by Sage Agastya almost 9300 years ago when Ramayana was written, while it was discovered by Bernard Palissy in 1580.
It is very effective if someone reciting this Stotra at Sunrise in front of rising sun.

वाल्मीकि रामायण के अनुसार “आदित्य हृदय स्तोत्र” अगस्त्य ऋषि द्वारा भगवान् श्री राम को युद्ध में रावण पर विजय प्राप्ति हेतु दिया गया था. आदित्य हृदय स्तोत्र का नित्य पाठ जीवन के अनेक कष्टों का एकमात्र निवारण है. इसके नियमित पाठ से मानसिक कष्ट, हृदय रोग, तनाव, शत्रु कष्ट और असफलताओं पर विजय प्राप्त की जा सकती है. इस स्तोत्र में सूर्य देव की निष्ठापूर्वक उपासना करते हुए उनसे विजयी मार्ग पर ले जाने का अनुरोध है. आदित्य हृदय स्तोत्र सभी प्रकार के पापों , कष्टों और शत्रुओं से मुक्ति कराने वाला, सर्व कल्याणकारी, आयु, उर्जा और प्रतिष्ठा बढाने वाला अति मंगलकारी विजय स्तोत्र है.

I have been listening to this Stotra daily for many years and offering water daily to Lord Sun from copper cup with Sesame seeds and sella rice and tiny red flower 🌹 or red Berry when no flower to be found.
