The Kit Kat one legitimately freaks me out because I have a crystal clear memory of drawing a Kit Kat bar in middle school art class and drawing the hyphen.
The pikachu tail effect always got me because of how deeply I believed the black tip was a thing. I even remember as a kid, seeing a specific trivia fact about how the pattern of the tip indicated whether the pikachu was male or female.
You might be remembering how the shape of the tip of the tail depends on gender (regular for male, heart shaped for female)
18:16 that particular recreation of how people remember pikachu’s tail is cursed. I remember the border between the black and yellow parts being zig-zagged, kind of like a lightning bolt. I definitely do clearly remember this, but the picture provided is not what I remember.
Nope, not having it, "There's a snake in my boot" is correct. Why would he have a singular snake in both boots. This has ruined my evening, proper headloss.

The only weird thing about the curious George one is I have a toy flashlight of him where the flashlight is on the yellow hat from the show and the handle is his tail, I honestly don’t remember if he had a tail in the show.
I have Berenstein bears books from when I was a kid. There is no “a” on them.

The Curious George one isn’t a Mandela affect he never had a tail. I used to watch the show when I was little and I had a stuffed animal and neither had tails. I think people just assumed he had one because he’s a monkey.
Technically, since he doesn't have a tail, doesn't that make George a Primate/Ape?
Still is a Mandela effect tho?
@aawagga3251 it would make him a primate but no. The books both say George is a monkey and draw him with no tail. Which leaves us to ask what happened to his tail?
