You can't, they don't come with the DLC. Peter Pan is a DLC if you buy the game from a store called Best Buy. Captin Hook was a preorder DLC from Gamestop, I don't think you can get him anymore. Theyt are store-exclusive DLCs, You can't get both Peter and Hook at the same time (unless you're willing to waste $60).
