Yep guys that have a very feminine face in their youth tend to age worse, their bone structure is too soft and the change is more noticeable. Women have the same problem.
Lol, I figured out later in life that when women talk about “distinguished” attractive older men that are referring to guys in their 40’s with premature graying. 🤣
This is a very good point!! 👍It really gave me a "light bulb moment", so thank you. (I don't think he looked quite 40 at 19 - I think he could have passed for about 30. But that's just my opinion, and I still respect yours. 🙂) I agree with you wholeheartedly that he does not have a "baby face" - It has always been very masculine with sharp features. He has a naturally strong chin, a strong jaw line, thick brows, and thick hair. When Dr. Linkov drew in where he believed George Clooney had a brow lift, I could see it. I would not be surprised if Clooney had a brow lift, some filler, or help maintaining his hair. (Dr Linkov is always so helpful and insightful). But even if Clooney did have these procedures, his natural facial structure already gave him several advantages to age well.
Like others have said, he didn't look really young to begin with. But, if he has had plastic surgery, he's had the best. Not overdone. He's ageing like a fine wine. Thank you xx
Please, please, please analyze Lindsay Lohan next 🙏We all know she's had heaps of work done over her lifetime, but her latest "glow up" is outstanding! I'm no fan of plastic surgery, but whatever she has done recently is next level. Naturally we have so many questions: was this work done in the Middle East, where perhaps medical standards are different, but for those with money, the sky's the limit? Also is she somehow setting herself up to one day look like Madonna does now? Please, Dr. Gary, unravel these mysteries for us!
He ha great bone structure, robust skin, and thick hair. Everything you need to age beautifully. Very smart of him to start growing facial hair as he got older- facial hair is like makeup for men.
At the age of 19 he looked 35 ; this kind of face that looks older than its years, with big eyebrows and strong features, ages very well, like Sean Connery.
so he actually looked much older at 19 then i knew. he looks 30. and then he just kept looking good. i mean he always looked good, just never very young :D
That's because he has naturally a rugged look. He's probably been like that since he was born. If you've ever noticed, some babies look like little old people when they are babies and they have to grow into their features. I think George was one of those guys. Some guys are super cute when they're babies and little but then something happens with their hormones at about 8- 12 and they lose that cuteness. Then there are some like Brad Pitt who was just super damn cute all his life. 😂 It's genetics. I think the older George gets the more handsome he is. He was always very good looking, but damn he hit 50 and 🔥🔥🔥 😂
I can’t think of many “older” men that look good when they start messing with their faces. Dennis Quaid comes to mind. George looks wonderful. Handsome, but as was said “age appropriate”
He gets better with age. Not because he looked 30 when he was 19 but because his has beautiful bones. I can't say if he had plastic surgery but man, that hair!!
Hi, you are such a great teacher. I learn so much from you. I do think George Clooney had some surgery and filler and it was done very well. Thank you so much.
Whatever about sting but that dude has a vigorous workout and yoga thing he's done for decades. In my opinion nothing keeps you younger at heart and looks than a great exercise and diet regimen. Sting didn't seem to go full hair redoo so I bet he didn't do much. Never know though.
If he's had anything done, I cannot tell. He is certainly showing the signs of aging, but I agree that even if a person has work done on them, to try and look the best for your age using a conservative approach, instead of trying to look as young as possible.
@@lisakalfus4706 You're so right about lighting. When I sit in my car and look in the rear view mirror to adjust my makeup I look flawless. But then I look into the mirror in my bathroom with overhead lighting and think 'Lord, what the heck happened to me!' 😂😭
He’s actually admitted to having cosmetic surgery done-the public statement likely coincided with someone threatening to out him, if he didn’t confess to it first. I must’ve heard it on one of those entertainment shows. I thought it noble of him to be open about it, and it didn’t seem like a big deal, given how the results were so tasteful & natural-looking.
If he’s had help, and that seems natural in that world that he would have done, it’s subtle and well done. He’s got a nice kind attractive face and it’s remained pleasant (better in fact) with age. I believe he’s also a nice guy and that’s the most important thing.
It’s all here already but GC looked like a grownup when he was a youngster. Time has been kind to him, so if he has had anything done it’s the best, and we (fans) don’t care.
I think he's looked after his skin and health, he seems a disciplined sort of person. Good diet, exercise and skincare can result in people looking good as they age. He would be able to afford to take care of his teeth and has naturally thick hair. I don't think he's had fillers, but rather may have put on a little weight which shows on the face.
He has such gorgeous eyes- always. Very handsome man. He probably had fillers as most wealthy people have had, but for celebrities, that's normal- also what do I know.
I think he looks great, and i skipped thru and if he had any work done it's not major, it's very good work and he does have good genetics and good facial structure to begin with.
I agree what Georg said about staying young.I`m 60 and have started beauty treatments with 37…..at the end of the day I have wasted a lot of money for not looking young😂
I recently got a prescription for Rosacea (which started in my 50s). It was for Ivermectin cream. My skin has never looked so beautiful and felt so soft. I still have facial flushing so it didn’t help that at all, but my skin has never looked better. Quit all the anti-aging treatments. The cream cost $380 for just a month supply even with good insurance, and I stretched it out to 3 months. Old mask mandates turned my skin to scales and flakes, and only now looks normal. I sometimes just lie in bed and feel how soft my forehead feels, lol. Instead of picking scales off my skin.
I love your videos! Thank you for making them and sharing all this interesting information! Could you talk about Donatella Versace? I really wonder what procedures she had done for her appearance to change so drastically.
Those eyes, that look, his humor and intelligence...I don't care about his age and while I appreciate his thoughts? On plastic surgery and aging, if he's had anything at all done, his surgeon should be commended. He looks natural and even better with age.
A lot of high end plastic surgeons recommend that men get the brow lift instead of the actual old-fashioned eye job because eye jobs can make a man look more feminine.
hey doc, could you make a video about lindsay lohan’s new face? i read on x that there is a surgeon in ny that makes these extreme transformations to fix botched surgeries
JMO, but if you're trying to "look your best" as you age, you may want to reconsider the gray, grizzled beard. I think it's incredibly aging, but the use of dye can also look really bad (looking at you, Eminem).
The beard hides the jowls, and nothing is more aging than jowls. I have side by side photos of the same guy, with and without a beard, and he looks better with because of the jowls.
Tretinoin + sunscreen = much better skin as we age. (I am looking forward to the advancements "to come" with AI and stem-cell research + skincare! (Have you addressed AI and stem-cell research in any of your clips?)
Tretinoin is now not prescribed by a lot of dermatologists, as they now think it actually long-term ages you and damages your skin. I had it “prescribed/suggested” years ago, and my neck went from firm/healthy to burned/scarred within two weeks of application. They were like “wow, I guess you have sensitive skin”.
Hey doc, I know you’re a busy guy, but I had a question and I’m hoping you read it! I recently started taking 0.5mg dutasteride daily, I used to apply topical minoxidil but I didn’t see great results so I stopped, I’m thinking of possibly trying oral minoxidil because I have never tried it and I have seen some peers with great results. Hey Doctor Linkov. I really appreciate your videos. Could you make an analysis video on Indian veteran actor rajkummar rao’s new face. It would be really appreciated as a dermatology student ❤😊
I know the cartilage ears keeps growing and the earlobes can droop - but George’s ears look twice the size they were when he was 19. It’s quite surprising. If just his ears are that different, I have to wonder how different the rest of his face would look if he hadn’t had any work done.
@JC_923 some good points. I remember a conversation I had with a girl at work more than twenty years ago and she said she never had found Brad Pitt that attractive. And I'm like, what?!
9:19 he starts to look handsome starting in 2015 at age 54 😊 I don’t think he’s had a brow lift or done anything to his face. He looks good because he’s never gotten Botox and the muscles underneath his face are firm hence doesn’t have sagging skin
Not to put the guy down but I just flat out don't get how there are media articles all along last 30 years that always mention how good looking he is. He just seems average to me and in some of the pictures actually homely with his droopy eyes, bulbous nose, and caveman eyebrows.

whatever about possible surgery, I think the Hollywood/American TV teeth whitening trend is very unnatural looking, whitening is fine, but whiter than whiter looks weird to me, especially in contrast to a persons eyes.
I know its not your usual bit i have a request- could you compare young avril lavigne and supposed mellissa vandella clone to settle it once and for all?
If George had plastic surgery on his face, then he doesn't look like he had any face work! Because he left his hair alone & he doesn't over due his face the way some women do it!
