modulus also has triple and quadruple notes, and its IN 14. I think you are ok having it IN, but idk how IN and AT work and how to differentiate.
@JacksonChen666 my bad, i later realized that the AT or IN difficulty does not depend on the actual difficulty of the chart

nah id say its just a 15.3 or 15.4 or lower
@@hd_entertainment0327 it kinda ramps up the difficulty gradually while cthugha is just hard all the time you play it
