It's so heartening to have that kind of environment at your workplace, especially when your show is so loving. But I can't connect with Monika and her story. It seems more like a generated personal vandana story than actual events. I'm not doubting she wasn't wronged, but she is lying at some level. It doesn't feel genuine like Jennifer
