Don't forget unbreakable armor that cops can keep on refilling with like 50 armor plates on them because they can just buy them. Losing 13v4 isn't an equipment issue, it's a skill issue
The crims do have better equipment though lol. The FNX 5 shots through full armor, they get 250 health and better heals through drugs. The only thing that crims and PD does the same is put their guns away to heal. Crims have better equipment by a large margin but PD have numbers.
so i never went to windows 11 because i saw a lot of complaints that it was bad for gaming but the more i watch streamers the more i feel like i should switch is windows 11 good now or has it always been good?

The tactics are there for the PD its just the skill that they lack, they had CG surrounded and could barely take down 1

Windows 11 is solid. I actually get better gaming performance than I did on Windows 10 as well.
